Facebook Live Auction, September 10, 2021

The St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund (SLCCF) is reaching out to our Walk/Run participants to ask for your help with a fundraiser to raise additional funds for our friends and neighbors battling cancer in St. Lawrence County. 

We are partnering with Don Peck who will do a Facebook Live Auction for us on September 11th at 6 P.M.  He has a large following of people, 250 – 400, who join him online for his auctions.  He will take pictures of the items and post them online. Mr. Peck will auction off items, arrange for pickup of items and collect monies. He will then send a check for the proceeds to the SLCCF. 

The SLCCF is asking you to look around your house for items you would be willing to donate to the auction.  Big-ticket items include working household appliances, used furniture in good condition, mowers, snowblowers, used cars,  real fur coats or stoles, antiques, collectibles, tools, baseball and sports cards, NASCAR items, and new merchandise.  We apologize but no clothing will be accepted.  All items will be reviewed to meet the requirements for Mr. Peck’s auctions. All items are tax-deductible donations. Receipts will be given upon request. For all interested buyers, an in-person preview will be held at Mr. Peck’s warehouse on Saturday, September 10th (time TBD).
